The 2017 Master´s Production Award Jury:
Kåre Spanne, University of Stavanger
Jørgen Tjemsland, University of Stavanger

The jury´s verdict:
The contributions to this year Master´s production of the year consisted of many fantastic stories and meetings with individuals. The winner “Mere min” touched upon important and difficult challenges in life, where we followed Jarmund Veland, diagnosed with ALS disease. The story is told through a documentary that not only has a very high technical standard; it also portraits a man entering his last phase of live with dignity and honesty. The creator of this documentary has managed to create a closeness to the topic and to the main character that touched us all.
