CEO MEDIABILITY GROUP

Myklebust is an experienced media professional with editorial and technology background. He is a specialist in digital product development, change processes and new digital business opportunities.

Myklebust has experience from TV 2 and Vizrt. He has held positions as CTO of TV 2 Norway and EVP Products and Marketing at Vizrt.

Myklebust holds numerous board positions and is among others chairman at NCE Media.

Myklebust holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Bergen.

ØRJAN HAMMERSLAND

CCO MEDIABILITY GROUP

Hammersland has his expertise in management and sales in the IT sector.

Hammersland has 16 years of experience from Atea, latest as Regional Director and member of the Atea country management group. Hammers has been Director of Business Development, responsible for optimizing Atea`s products and services and for integrating acquired companies in Atea.

Ingrid Agasøster

CMO Mediability Group

Agasøster is an experienced marketer with background from the software development and media technology industry.

Agasøster has over 14 years of experience from Vizrt, latest as Executive Vice President of Marketing. Agasøster has been a software developer, a regional manager for Vizrt´s Atlanta office, and been part of building up and leading the world-wide marketing, communication and training team in Vizrt.

Agasøster holds a board position in the Nordic Media Days as well as in Kommunikasjonsforeningen. She is also a member of the NCE Media Advisory board.

JØRUND HAGA INDREHUS

ACTING CFO MEDIABILITY GROUP

Indrehus is Director in Atlantis Vest and will be acting CFO until a replacement is recruited.

Indrehus has 16 years of experience at EY, the last 9 years as partner in various industries nationally and internationally.

Indrehus is a business economics graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics with Master of Accountancy and CPA.

GRO SETERENG

EVP ORGANIZATION (HR, INTERNAL IT, MARKETING)

Setereng is EVP Organization of the Mediability Group and co-founder of former Mediateket.

Setereng has TV industry experience since 1990. She was previously working at TVNorge as transmission controller, vision mixer and with program coordination. In Mediateket, she has been the CEO for 16 years and has also been involved as a project manager on commission for NRK and Nordvision’s NORDIF 3, Telenor Barker Playout and TVNorge Presseweb.

Setereng has studied Media Science (HiM/HiBu), Political Science (UiO) and Project Management (BI). She has been part of Innovation Norway’s Mentor and Lighthouse Program and AFF’s Mentoring Program.

STEEN HORSTMANN LARSEN

EVP VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Larsen is responsible for vendor management in the Mediability Group. He has his expertise in telecom, datacom, IP and management.

Larsen has 28 years of work experience, including being the Head of Sales in Teracom DK, CTO in Siminn DK and Managing Director at Sønnico.

Larsen holds a Bachelor of electrical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Magnus Steenhoff

Head of Services

Steenhoff is responsible for running and supporting Mediability’s services.

Steenhoff has experience with TV and film post-production and photography/editing from ITV, Eyeworks Dinamo (Warner Bros) and Aspect Film. He has also IT experience from Motorola and the Norwegian Armed Forces.

Steenhoff has a Bachelor in Media and Communication from Oslo and Akershus University College and San Francisco State University.

TROND VALVIK

Chairman of the Board

Valvik represents the majority owner of the Mediability Group, Atlantis Vest, where he is head of the business area Direct Investments.

Valvik has wide experience from investments and restructuring processes in several sectors, hereunder IT and software. Valvik is former acting Group CEO in Software Innovation and partner in the private equity company Borea Opportunity. He holds numerous board positions within various industries.

Valvik holds a Master in Business and Economics from Norwegian School of Economics.

INGRID SOLHEIM

Board member Mediability Group

Solheim represents the majority owner of the Mediability Group, Atlantis Vest, where she works as an analyst in the business area Direct Investments.

Before joining Atlantis Vest in 2016, Solheim worked as a consultant in EY Advisory. She has also work experience from Statoil.

Solheim holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology 2013.
